SupportBLKGNV was born out of frustration and love — and fueled by decades of combined experience in business, leadership, and community service.
Meet Ashlei
Ashlei holds a Bachelor's in Business Management with a minor in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida. With a background in corporate Human Resources, she specialized in technology implementation, streamlining operations, training, and leadership coaching. In her real estate career, she took those same skills and elevated the client experience through systems and strategy. But even with a successful career, she knew her gifts were meant for something more personal...to help the people and communities she truly cared about.
Meet Malcom
Malcom comes from a strong background in real estate training and coaching, where he helped new and seasoned agents run their businesses like businesses...not just side hustles. Trained by Keller Williams, the leader in real estate education, he became well-versed in lead generation, conversion, automation, workflows, and the tech tools that drive sustainable success. Over time, he recognized that these business fundamentals could be applied far beyond real estate and he wanted to coach and train the people and communities he truly cared about.
Together, we built a thriving real estate business rooted in systems, service, and community. But even in our success, we felt the limits of what we could offer, especially to the people we cared about most.
We saw firsthand how many Black entrepreneurs were doing everything “right” yet still struggling, not because they lacked vision or discipline, but because they lacked access, exposure, strategy, and support.
So we stepped back and reimagined what impact could look like.
We tested ideas, made mistakes, and learned the hard way what works and what doesn’t. Every lesson brought us closer to clarity. What we’ve built isn’t just a service, it’s a solution grounded in experience, shaped by intention, and driven by the belief that Black businesses deserve more than survival.
We know the barriers, the external systems working against us and the internal overwhelm that comes from trying to do everything alone. We’ve lived them. We’ve helped others move through them. And now we’re here to help you build something stronger.
SupportBLKGNV is our way of pouring into the local Black business community. Creating the structure, strategy, and momentum you need to grow something scalable, sustainable, and rooted in legacy.
We started by launching SupportBLKGNV.com, a digital directory to spotlight Black-owned businesses and connect our community. Now, we’re going further, offering done-for-you systems, tech, and consulting to help your business shine.
